2020 New Year's Missive

Happy New Year and warmest greetings as we begin 2020!

I want to take this as an opportunity to extend my heartfelt greetings for the season and appreciate you all for your accomplishments and achievements for last year.

Last year has been a great year as far as achieving our volume growth targets are concerned. Simultaneously, we have been very successful in upgrading our production lines, which was a very hard task and we must be proud of it. There have been many other important milestones reached on the path of evolution as a company. I thank one and all for your support and dedication and for the extra hours that you worked to achieve all set goals. You have all done a marvelous job!

The New Year is the new beginning. Let us continue to see success as we did last year. I am sure with your dedication and determination we will be able to complete all 2020 targets. Controversially, ever declining prices make our industry stronger, but at the same time put a lot of pressure on everybody. Maintaining turnover and profit margins has grew ever more challenging. 20 % to 30 % annual growth is not sufficient anymore, while going beyond those levels could erode into the financial soundness and strength of any company. Rapid growth also scarifies profitability, as prices have to be dropped further to gain market share quickly. This means we must do more every year. To properly tackle the issue, we have to rely on manpower and its intellect. The answer is in new products, innovation and flexibility. These are all key properties of a manpower and we have dedicated specialized tasks on each of them.

There is no change in our goal to be a company that provides the world’s best technologies and services to our customers. As we improve operational efficiency through work style reforms going forward, we must concentrate on improving personal performance and abilities that bring a lot of personal satisfaction as well. We have been upgrading our practices and work environment, so now is the time to begin leveraging these upgrades. Never forget our corporate values among which are challenging spirit, flexibility and sincerity. Please ensure that you always conduct your work with a strong sense of ethics.

As a company, I am confident that we are in the right business: business that (em)powers the future by providing solutions that are essential to support the world’s development. Climate change and combating carbon emissions is in the essence of our goals. Our prospects as a company are bright as we are doing the right thing. We have learned a great deal of experiences in the last 15 years, which gives us strong capabilities and puts us in a good position for all future challenges. We have never been the biggest, but we always knew what is the right to do and have always been profitable. This is of an extreme importance for all our valuable customers working with us on a long-term basis.

In 2020, we have a whole set of new products to launch. We expect to increase our maximum output power by another three to four power classes and we have a brand-new product coming to a release already in January that will be one of a kind. Elevating challenges are arising from new production equipment, which will be subject to another substantial upgrade this year. My personal target for 2020 is to achieve 100 % volume growth that is based on a solid ground. Your contribution will be essential. All this is done to satisfy the highest expectations of our clients.

Much of the credit for BISOL’s success is due to you, our dedicated colleagues. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your hard work, passion, and the part that you have played in our company’s success. You have all made great contributions last year. I also dare to look forward to your continued support as, together, we take BISOL into 2020.
